Licensed Commercial Service Plumber -
We are seeking a skilled and licensed Commercial Service Plumber to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial environments, and will be comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform service, maintenance, and repair of commercial plumbing systems including water heaters, backflow preventers, pumps, and piping systems.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls.
Qualifications
- Valid state plumbing license (Journeyman or Master, as required).
- 3+ years of experience in commercial plumbing service.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
